AAFP Physician Accreditation This activity is reviewed for up 12 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to the AMA PRA equivalent to the AMA PRA category 1 credit toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award. Tuition Cancellation

Must be confirmed in writing and 10% of paid tuition processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made if cancellation is made after June 7,2011 however 50% of tuition fee may be applied to a future MCE conferences.

Lodging Deposit - Two nights deposit must accompany your reservation. The balance of lodging payment, as well as any incidental charges, is due to the ranch upon check-out. The resort accepts all major credit cards.

Lodging Cancellation - Per our lodging agreement these are the cancellation terms and conditions:

Cancellation 60 days or more before arrival - you will receive full deposit

Cancellation 59-31 days before arrival - a one night deposit is forfeited

Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival no lodging refunds can be made. No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation
