Offsite and local attendees will be offered a $27.00 discounted parking rate per day for up to five (5) hours on the conference dates of June 24th, 25th, and 26th.

Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

Link Light Rail (Central Link)
Link Light Rail provides direct service from the airport to downtown Seattle. Exit the train at Westlake Center Transit Tunnel Station and take the Westlake Center exit. The hotel is a block north on 5th Avenue.
