  • Taxes and Resort Fees: Room rates quoted above are, net rates, subject to tax, which are currently 9.5% and a Resort Fee, which is currently 18% per room night. The Resort Fee is also subject to a 1.5% state tax. All fees are subject to a 0.57% Oregon State Surcharge. Rates, fees and taxes are subject to change. Lodging Deposit – A Deposit of 1 Night + Tax is due at the time of booking. The entire length of stay will be billed to the individual account at 21 days prior
to arrival. For each guest who cancels less than 21 days prior to arrival the entire length of stay will be collected as cancellation
to the individual’s credit card on file. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Resort receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 21 days prior to arrival for all guestrooms, suites and river lodges and 60 days prior to arrival for homes and condos.

Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room agreement with the conference lodging venue:

  • Should an attendee cancel a reservation, a refund of the deposit and/or cancellation fees will be in accordance with Hotel general policy at that time (currently a refund is given if an individual’s reservation is
    canceled at least 21 days prior to arrival).
  • No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
