Lodging Deposit: For Main Lodge, Viking Lodge & Lakefront Condominiums, one night’s room and tax will be collected at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the individual attendee’s credit card on file and each reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Luxury Home reservations, one night’s room and tax will be collected at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the credit card on file and reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Main Lodge & Viking Lodge reservations, cancellations may be made up until fourteen (14) days prior to arrival with full refund of the deposit. Cancellations, reductions in length of stay, or early departures made within fourteen (14) days of arrival forfeit the entire length of stay and will be charged to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. Reduced rates will also be offered for 3 nights pre and post-program dates (based on availability).
Room Reservation Guidelines – The lodging reservation link has been created for the MCE Conference continuing medical education program, and only guests who are registered for this CME conference are eligible to use this site in order to access discounted rooms and/or theme park tickets (if applicable).
- Attendees must register within (7) seven days of booking MCE discounted lodging to avoid cancellations or increased nightly rates (depending on Hotel/Resort policy).

Additional Travel Information
Glacier National Park: Reservations may be required to enter Glacier National Park. If the National Park Service institutes a day-use reservations system for peak dates, everyone planning to enter the park will need a reservation, including both annual and lifetime pass holders. Please check the Recreation.gov website and search for Glacier National Park to confirm the most up to date arrival needs.
- Recreation.gov: Glacier National Park will implement a pilot vehicle reservation system in the summer of 2024. Vehicle reservations are required beginning May 24 for the west side of Going-to-the-Sun Road and North Fork and on July 1 for Many Glacier. Airport Information – Direct flights from major cities into Glacier Park International Airport (only 15 minutes away) make getting to Whitefish a breeze. Whitefish is one of the closest mountain towns to a major airport. Amtrak’s Empire Builder arrives twice-daily at the historic Whitefish Railway Depot from Chicago and Minneapolis to the east and Portland and Seattle from the west. Arriving by car is also easy with roads that meander through some of the most beautiful landscapes in North America.
The Lodge provides complimentary transportation for guests to/from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) and Amtrak Train Station with at least 48-hour advanced reservations. Hotel also provides complimentary scheduled transportation to Whitefish Mountain Resort during ski season and to The Firebrand Hotel in downtown Whitefish for groups of 9 people or fewer between 8 am & 10 pm.
