This online live stream CME will be broadcasting from one of our in-person CME destinations. This program will be acceptable for up to 12 Prescribed credits by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the American Academy of Family Physicians. This program is accredited as a live activity. Recordings of the event will be provided to all registered attendees at the conclusion of the course.
This online live stream is designed to provide primary care clinicians with up-to-date, evidence-based information on commonly encountered issues in Infectious Diseases and Neurology for Primary Care while suggesting pragmatic approaches to clinical management.

Primary Care-Associated Infectious Diseases: Part 1
Objective: 1) Review the approach to selected primary care-associated infections, including urinary tract infections, pharyngitis, and TB screening in a case-based format
Clostridium Difficile
Objectives: 1) Review current epidemiology, clinical presentation, and diagnosis of C. difficile infections 2) Provide updated treatment strategies for treatment of C. difficile infections
Primary Care-Associated Infectious Diseases: Part 2
Objectives: 1) Review the approach to selected primary care-associated infections, including selected emerging viral infections, exotic pet-associated infections, and recreational water-associated infections in a case-based format

Objective: 1) Review several case-based presentations, which may or may not be due to an infectious disease

Objective: 1) Provide an update on recommendations regarding antibiotic prophylaxis for infective endocarditis and prosthetic joint infections, as well as selected fever and rash presentations in a case-based format
Neurology
Stroke Prevention and Secondary Treatment
Objectives: 1) Review common stroke syndromes and the diagnosis of acute stroke 2) Learn about the treatment of acute stroke 3) Learn about the secondary prevention of acute stroke
Cranial Nerves Video Review
Objective: 1) Review the function and anatomy of the cranial nerves through video presentations
Classic Presentations of Behavioral Neurology
Objective: 1) Review classic disorders in behavioral neurology (aphasias, neglect syndrome, etc.) through video presentations
Multiple Sclerosis Update
