Clinical Challenges: Behavioral Health Integration and What Should You Tell Your Patients About Cannabis Use For Chronic Pain?

Additional Lodging Information –
- Taxes: The Group Room Rates are subject to applicable sales and resort taxes, currently 13.25% and 4.712%, subject to change. There will be no mandatory resort or other fee levied on the sleeping rooms in addition to the Group Room Rate plus applicable taxes (unless required by law).
- Additional Adult Charge: Guest room rates are quoted as single or double occupancy. The charge for additional guests beyond double occupancy is $100.00 plus applicable tax per guest per night for adults 18 years and older.
- Occupancy: Maximum room occupancy is (4) guests.
Hotel Parking – Overnight Hotel guests are subject to a self-parking fee or a valet parking fee, which are currently $40.00 per night, per vehicle, with in/out privileges. Lodging Deposit – A Deposit of 1 Night + Tax is due at the time of booking. Balance is due to the resort upon arrival.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with the conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible.
