Clinical Challenges with Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptive (LARC) Methods
Objectives: 1) Discuss the current length of effectiveness and extended use of LARC methods 2) Discuss IUDs for emergency contraception 3) Review how to manage side-effects of LARC methods 4) Discuss best practice management of IUD clinical challenges like missing strings, stenotic cervical canal, embedment, IUD fracture, etc.
