Hotel Parking – Discounted self-parking of $17 for overnight guests per car, per night will be offered to MCE Attendees who book within the group block (Normally $25); valet rate is $40.00. Discounted $15 daily parking will be available for local and offsite guests driving in for the dates of the conference during conference hours.

Lodging Deposit:
Omni Resort Guestrooms: Deposit of 1 Night + tax is due at the time of booking; the balance is due to the resort upon arrival.
Sandcastles Villas: Deposit of 1 Night + tax is due at the time of booking, Some Villas require a deposit of 2 Nights + tax due at the time of booking; the balance is due to the resort upon arrival.

Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:

  • Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
  • No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

Register & Book Your Lodging Early! The MCE reduced room rates will be available to registered attendees up until July 22, 2025 (based on availability). Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. Reduced rates will also be offered for 3 nights pre and post-program dates (based on availability).

Airport Information – The Omni Amelia Island Plantation is located is approximately 29 miles from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and 4 miles from the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FBMA)Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes.

UBER & LYFT
Upon arrival to the JAX airport both Uber and Lyft will be available from JAX (Jacksonville International Airport) to the resort without issue, however upon departure, please plan ahead when departing Amelia Island. Uber & Lyft drivers are very limited and occasionally unavailable on the island. There are up to a max of 10 drivers that operate on Amelia Island, and you can utilize them for inner-island transportation (based on driver availability) during your stay. For transportation back to JAX we recommend making those arrangements in advance using a local transportation company.
