Resort Fee: A reduced $25 daily resort/parking fee applies to all guest rooms and includes parking for one vehicle per room. Parking – Parking is included complimentary with paid Resort Fee for MCE Conference Attendees. Parking will be offered to local and offsite clients on a complimentary basis during conference days for hours of the conference only, on a first come, first serve basis.
Lodging Deposit – One night Room Rate, Resort Fee and Tax will be charged at the time of booking. Up to 10 days prior to arrival (by 3pm EST) guest may receive a full refund of their deposit less a $25 admin fee for cancelations made. Any cancelation made (after 3pm EST) 10 days prior to arrival will forfeit their first night deposit. All lodging cancellations must be made directly with the lodging venue. Airport Information: The best major airports to book flights to if you’re travelling to Cape Cod are Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Theodore Francis Green Airport (PVD) in Providence, Rhode Island. Both are within driving distance of the islands, between 70 and 80 mi away.
There you can rent a car or take the scenic route to Cape Cod aboard the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority’s CapeFLYER passenger train.
