Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education – ACCME
MCE Conferences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

MCE Conferences designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABIM MOC Recognition
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 12 (part II) MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

American Academy of Family Physicians – AAFP
This live activity will be reviewed and acceptable for up to 12 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to the AMA PRA Category 1 credit toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The College of Family Physicians of Canada – CFPC
Members of the College of Family Physicians of Canada are eligible to receive Mainpro+ Certified, Certified Assessment, or Non-Certified credits for participation in this activity due to reciprocal agreement with the American Academy of Family Physicians. 

American Osteopathic Association – AOA
CME activities approved for AAFP credit are recognized by the AOA as equivalent to AOA Category 2 credit.

American Academy of Physician Assistants – AAPA
AAPA accepts Category 1 CME approval from the AAFP.

American Association of Nurse Practitioners – AANP
AAFP Prescribed Credits are accepted by the AANP.

American Nurses Credentialing Center – ANCC
According to the ANCC, the continuing education hours approved by the AAFP meet the ANCC-accredited CNE criteria.

Pharmacology Credits
This course is being reviewed and will be acceptable for up to 12 CME credits; please verify with your Medical Board which hours may be applied toward Pharmacology credit.

• Main Lodge – King Studio Suite, or 2 Queen Studio Suite – $559 Per Room Per Night (Plus Applicable Taxes and Fees) Main Lodge accommodations are primarily studio suites of approximately 600 square feet, featuring a gas stone fireplace with sitting area, flat-screen HDTV, balcony with bistro seating, custom beds created by Spring Air, efficiency kitchen with European mini-chiller, microwave and bar sink, and the Lodge’s signature four piece bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in slate tile shower. The main lodge also offers a limited number of lofted suites, one-bedroom suites, standard rooms, and the two-bedroom Flathead Suite. There are limited lakefront accommodations available; be sure to ask for a lakefront suite to enjoy views of Whitefish Lake from the comfort of your room.

Taxes: Room rates above are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes currently; 8% Montana Accommodations Tax, 3% Resort Tax, 1% Averill Foundation Contribution, Lake Institute Assessment, 12% Resort Service Fee (24% total) and 1% Optional Community Sustainability Fund not included in room rates. Rollaway beds are currently available for $40 Charge per rollaway bed for extra persons (limited number available).

Hotel Parking – The Lodge provides free parking for local attendees, and on-site attendees, as well as on-site car rental service.

Lodging Deposit: For Main Lodge, Viking Lodge & Lakefront Condominiums, one night’s room and tax will be collected at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the individual attendee’s credit card on file and each reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

For Luxury Home reservations, one night’s room and tax will be collected at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the credit card on file and reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

For Main Lodge & Viking Lodge reservations, cancellations may be made up until fourteen (14) days prior to arrival with full refund of the deposit. Cancellations, reductions in length of stay, or early departures made within fourteen (14) days of arrival forfeit the entire length of stay and will be charged to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.

Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:

• Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
• Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
• No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

All lodging cancellations must be made directly with the lodging venue. Please refer to your lodging confirmation for contact information and policies.

Register & Book Your Lodging Early! The MCE reduced room rates will be available to registered attendees up until April 17, 2025 (based on availability). Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. Reduced rates will also be offered for 3 nights pre and post-program dates (based on availability).

Room Reservation Guidelines – The lodging reservation link has been created for the MCE Conference continuing medical education program, and only guests who are registered for this CME conference are eligible to use this site in order to access discounted rooms and/or theme park tickets (if applicable).

• Attendees must register within (7) seven days of booking MCE discounted lodging to avoid cancellations or increased nightly rates (depending on Hotel/Resort policy).
• We allow a maximum of 2 room reservations per registered attendee, based on availability and rates at the time of booking.
• Rooms and/or tickets (if applicable) cannot be purchased for the purpose of, or with the intention of being resold.
• All reservations must be made under the registered attendee’s name, as all reservations and ticket orders (if applicable) will be audited against the CME program registration list. Should it be necessary, we reserve the right to contact you to request proof of registration. If it is discovered that the reservation and/or ticket order is not for an MCE Conferences participant, the reservations and/or ticket order may be canceled or modified based on the Hotel/Resort policy, and deposits may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: In order to provide a quality and interactive CME program, MCE Conferences will limit the number of registrations per conference.

Glacier National Park: Reservations may be required to enter Glacier National Park. If the National Park Service institutes a day-use reservations system for peak dates, everyone planning to enter the park will need a reservation, including both annual and lifetime pass holders. Please check the Recreation.gov website and search for Glacier National Park to confirm the most up to date arrival needs.

Airport Information – Direct flights from major cities into Glacier Park International Airport (only 15 minutes away) make getting to Whitefish a breeze. Whitefish is one of the closest mountain towns to a major airport. Amtrak’s Empire Builder arrives twice-daily at the historic Whitefish Railway Depot from Chicago and Minneapolis to the east and Portland and Seattle from the west. Arriving by car is also easy with roads that meander through some of the most beautiful landscapes in North America.

The Lodge provides complimentary transportation for guests to/from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) and Amtrak Train Station with at least 48-hour advanced reservations. Hotel also provides complimentary scheduled transportation to Whitefish Mountain Resort during ski season and to The Firebrand Hotel in downtown Whitefish for groups of 9 people or fewer between 8 am & 10 pm.
