Additional Lodging Information –
- Resort Fee: There is an additional $20.00 per room per night mandatory daily fee not included in the Group room rates listed above to cover Guest Amenities to include High Speed Wireless internet in guest rooms, public space & meeting rooms, parking, coffee service in room, 2 bottled waters in room, local phone & fax services, guest robes; Recreational Amenities to include pool & jacuzzi, tennis courts, 10 acre serenity lawn & recreational services.
- Taxes: The Group Room Rates are subject to all applicable taxes including sales tax and hotel tax currently 9.85% and 3.5% respectively. Taxes are subject to change and based on current rates at the time of arrival.
- Additional Adult Charge: Any additional persons 18 years and older is currently $20 extra per person, per night.
Hotel Parking – Hotel will provide complimentary parking to Group’s attendees (included within the resort fee). In addition local participants will also receive complimentary parking for the meeting dates.
Lodging Deposit – All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the individual’s credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room agreement with the conference lodging venue:
- Should an attendee cancel a reservation, a refund of the deposit and/or cancellation fees will be in accordance with Hotel general policy at that time (currently a refund is given if an individual’s reservation is
canceled at least five days before arrival). - No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
