- Resort Fee – There will be a daily reduced Resort Charge for attendees booked within the MCE Conferences of $18.00 per room, per night (plus tax) (Usually $35). This covers wireless high-speed internet access in guest rooms, local telephone calls, toll-free telephone access, discounted golf fees and preferred tee times, pool towel service, Resort shuttle services (Kapalua Resort only), non-alcoholic welcome refreshments and shell lei upon arrival, bocce ball, basketball, Tennis Garden, cultural history tours, arts and crafts, resort charging privileges at select shops and restaurants, and in-room coffee.
- Taxes & Fees – Currently, the applicable state and local taxes 14.4166%. Subject to change without notice.
- Check-In & Check-Out – The Hotel’s check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Parking – Valet Parking will be reduced for attendees booked within the MCE Conferences room block to $20 USD per vehicle, per night (Usually $30). For local and offsite clients a daily Valet Parking rate of $15 USD per vehicle, for up to 5 hours will be charged to accommodate the conference hours.
Lodging Deposit – Individuals are required to guarantee their reservation with a valid credit card and a two (2) nights room and tax advance deposit to secure their room. Individual room cancellations must be received 21 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of all nights reserved.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible.
