Additional Lodging Information:

- Check-In & Check-Out – Hotel’s current Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A late check-out of 12 PM will be honored on Day-three of the conference, March 28th, 2021 to accommodate conference hours, based on availability.
- Additional Room Occupants – A charge of $20.00 per adult per night will be added for each additional adult above double occupancy sharing a guestroom. Children eighteen (18) years of age and younger may share the same room with their parents at no additional charge as long as the number of occupants in the room does not exceed three (3) for king rooms or four (4) for double rooms.

Lodging Deposit – A credit card is required to guarantee your room. Please provide a credit card at the time of check-in for room, tax & incidentals. An early departure fee in the amount of up to one night’s room and tax may apply.
Lodging Cancellation Policy – Reservation must be modified or canceled 72 hrs prior to arrival by 4 pm local time to avoid a late cancellation fee. All lodging cancellations must be made directly with the lodging venue. Please refer to your lodging confirmation for contact information and policies.
